Removed and replaced old hose bib riser. Did notice that the water line coming out of the house was loose. Scope of work included new quarter turn emergency shut off valve, new pressure reducing regulator, and new hose bib. Psi level was set at 50 per request of the customer.
Customer provided 3 bathroom faucets. Guest the faucet was replaced as well as both angle valve stops and supply lines. Both faucets in the master bathroom were replaced and customer only wanted the hot side angle valve stops to be replaced with new supply lines. Aligned the customers faucets as requested and checked for leaks and found everything to be working with no issues.
After an inspection of the tenants home, I recommend to replace her master bathroom faucet on the left side. Customer said she would supply us with faucet and if she can’t find a match then she will buy two new faucets to have both replaced.
Was able to open the main line but customer has a lot of grease buildup recommended a spot repair.
Customer has two shut off valves (hose bibs) for washer machine that needed to be replaced. Opening drywall will be required in order to remove and replace the hose bibs due to them being surrounded by drywall
Upon arriving for water heater inspection, water heater had an error code showing thermopile voltage was low. Attempted to lite water heater. WTer heater stayed lit for approximately 5 minutes then showed the error code. Attempted to lite water heater once more and was able to get it to lite and status light was showing normal operation. Recommended to customer to replace water heater with new Bradford white after heater or at minimum replace thermopile assembly kit. Thermopile assembly kit will have to be special order and can rake several days to be delivered.
Was able to run toilet auger through customers front toilet to clear clog. Flushed toilet several times and everything appeared to be draining properly. Customer also mentioned she had water surfacing in closet behind washer. Upon further inspection I noticed there was a slow drip coming off of cold water shut off valve for washer. I believe there is a leak in side of the wall. Customer stated she will call the builder to handle this issue.
